Where can you place our signs and stickers? |
You can place these vinyl adhesives in any kind of smooth and clean surface. This includes glass, aluminum sheets, metal painted sheets, plastics, PVC, fiber glass, painted wood, etc. |
| Can I place the stickers myself? |
Yes, most of our products, except the large format universal kits, are easy enough to be placed by any person that has never done this before. Anyway, you will find all the explanations, both for the small adhesives and for the large ones, in our web page. Besides, we always include the application spatula in the universal kits. |
Will these stickers damage my car's paint? |
The vinyl will never damage either the paint or any kind of other specified surface. It is the same material that the vans and the commercial camions carry in their signs. |
Is the collocation of stickers legal on cars? |
It is perfectly legal while they don't affect the driver's vision and the different systems of lightening and signaling. As for the parasols of the front windscreen, they cannot exceed more than 13 cm. of depth measured from the roof of the vehicle. Anyway, the rules of the General Direction of Traffic change very often. You should consult these laws before you make an order. Nowadays, some of the Technical Inspections of the Vehicle allow the placing of the parasols but only if the wipers don't touch the parasol. This can help you as a reference to the height of the placement. |
Do you want a printed copy of the catalogue? |

Will the thermal windsceern damage the vinyl? |
The vinyl is a material prepared to endure the most extreme weather conditions. The heat of the thermal windscreen or the heat of the engine in the hood won't harm the vinyl. |
I see that some of the adhesives are black, but there is a display list with a lot of colors. What does it mean? |
This happens because these adhesives are in cut vinyl and we put them in black in the image, but we can make them the color you want by choosing it from the list. You can see the colors we have in this paragraph . |
| What does "Inverted" mean? |
The option “inverted” is available in the most of the cut vinyl adhesives. The cut vinyl has the same color both in the exterior and in the sticky part, so the option “inverted” is valid for the following two options of placement:
1.-The placement in the inside part of a glass with the goal of being able to read from the exterior exactly like in the original design.
2.-For when you want that one of the original designs to be made in a symmetrical way, just like you would look in a mirror. For example, if we want two tribals and we want to place them one in one side of the car and the other one in the other side of the car and that the two of them to be oriented in their form with one of the tips towards the front. This means that if we place one in one side of the car or motorcycle and the other one in the other side we would place an order of one normal and one flipped adhesive. You should consider that this can't be done with the adhesives that have letters, because the reading of the letters would result impossible or very hard to decipher. |
I bought some adhesives and I won´t place them until next month. Will I have any kind of problems when placing them? |
It is all right, the carrier protects the vinyl and you can wait as long as you want. The adhesive will maintain in perfect conditions. But if the adhesive is rolled in a tube, the best thing to do is to get it out and to put it in a widespread and plain place, if not wrinkles will be formed and it will be difficult to place it. |
Will the adhesives be seen in a dark windscreen ? |
If you place the sticker on the inside it won't be seen much. We advise you to place it on the outside. The vinyl is totally prepared for exteriors. |

We expect our stickers to last from 5 to 7 years and our universal kits from 7 to 9 years. That is why we have clients whose stickers last more than their cars. |
Which are the different qualities of the vinyl that exist? |
There are many and different vinyl producers. Obviously the cheaper vinyl has less quality. This cheaper vinyl lasts one year (we don't use this vinyl at all, although we verified that others stickers shops use it). This kind of vinyl chaps immediately, it loses color and it changes its form in less than one year. Obviously this doesn't happen with our vinyl. |
Are there cheaper stickers on market? |

Yes, you can find cheaper stickers on the market, but they don't last much. After years of experience in this field we have determined that our materials are the best. In 6 years time the sticker is like in the first day. |
How long ago did you start producing stickers? |

Why didn't you answer my e-mail? |
The multiple reasons why we haven't answered your question are:

Why hasn't my order arrived yet? |
All the orders are sent in the next 24 hours after the confirmation of the order (excluding the week-ends and the holidays). The possible delays are due to a wrong confirmation of the order. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer make sure you send a fax with the proof of the payment to be able to confirm the order. The orders use to delay from 3 days to a week. We also offer 24 hours service, on the condition that the order is superior to 60 euros and you had paid already the order (by Credit Card, Pay Pal or Bank Transfer).

We send all the orders by Post Certificate, we send it the next day after they are confirmed and you will receive them in 3 or 4 working days. You can consult the state of your order in My orders and once the order is sent, with the postal code, you can consult it in www.correos.es in "Localizador de envíos". It will be brought by your common postman and if he doesn't find you at home he will leave a notice so that you go to the nearest Post Office to get your order. |

In case you used the Banco Sabadell Gateway, you will see it in "My orders", as the payment appears immediately if done. In case of Visa Multicaja, the payment is done manually the next working day after doing the order. You can also consult your on-line bank or your bank account. |

How can I ask for a personalized sticker? |
You only have to follow the instructions we give in the personalized stickers section. To send us images, drawings or sketches please use the e-mail. Don't forget to write your phone number in the order. We sometimes call the client for clarifications. |
What sizes and colors may I choose? |
Regarding the sizes you can start asking from 2x2 cm to 60x400 cm. Regarding the colors, you can ask your project using the colors we have in our table of colors. |

Yes! We offer this option since September 2004. We are working with a machine of eco-solvent printing on white vinyl or special transparent vinyl. This machine also cuts around the stickers regularly (square, ellipses, circles) or irregularly (depending on the form of each logo or drawing). Anyway, if you have any doubt, please ask for the price by e-mail. |
| Can you print stickers on transparent vinyl? |
Yes, this can be done but the printing on transparent vinyl has two limitations: the first one is that the plotter doesn't print neither white, nor silver, chrome, metallic or fluorescent and the other one is that the inks, once printed on the vinyl, also become transparent, that is why you can use them on white funds, on very light funds and on glass, if you want a “glassy” transparent effect. |
| Do you make the drawing of the personalized stickers? |
No, we don't make the drawings or the sketches; it wouldn't be profitable either for you, or for us. The sticker would be made once we had the drawings or the sketches. In Internet you can see a lot of stickers on cars, all that we have. We are producing new ones every day. If you don't like any of them you send us an e-mail with the photo of what you need and we will make a nice price for you and without being forced to buy it. |
What kind of files do you accept as schedules? |
We accept almost all the files from design programs or existing word processors. These include CDR (Corel), BMP, PCX, JPG, TIFF, GIF, EPS, AI. You can turn the files in zip format. |

What size should I choose? |
To measure the stickers you will ask us is very simple. With a meter you can determine the width (from left to right) and the total height (from top to bottom). When you ask us letters determine the total size of the word or phrase, not the size of each letter. The sizes of our stickers are squared or in a rectangle. Regarding the parasols, in most cases, the size is 100 x 12 cm. |
What color would be the right one for my car? |
Choosing a sticker in order to place it on the window of the car, you have to consider that the color of the glass is generally dark, so the dark stickers (black, dark blue, dark green) won't be very visible. We advice you the light colors for the dark funds. You can use the color of the wheels, the mirrors, and the interior to combine with the ones we have. |

| I filled in the form and I still can't buy. What is happening? |
You got to the register form by “My account”, by the link “Register yourself” or simply by the shopping cart. You have introduced you details and you can't get in the shopping cart to finish the process. You surely didn't save the dates in your client account. In order to do this you have to press the SAVE button in the inferior part of the form. (See the picture). Once you did this, you can get to the cart and you can turn back to the shop as a registered client. Your user name will appear up to the right of the web page.
-I still haven't succeeded in register myself. What do I do?
You have to fill in the form paying a lot of attention and put the password twice and correctly written the both times.
You have to read the error massages which you can see in the upper part of the form, you may be using a user name which is already being used. Don't put a very long user name, we advise you to make a word with the first two letters of your name, the first two letters of your last name, and the first two letters of your second last name. For example: “Jose Martinez Perez = jomape”.

| I made an order and I chose to pay it with cash on delivery and then I received an e-mail saying I have to confirm the order. What should I do? |
It is very simple; you only have to press the link to confirm the order. Once you did this, the order will pass to the process queue, will be made and sent to you right away. You have to take into account that once you confirmed the order you cannot be changed. If you want to make any change (add or remove products, change colors or sizes), you have to contact us by e-mail or phone (902 013 562) and if it is possible, before you confirm the order. We will make these changes, it's no problem. |

Yes, as you do the payment by credit card, the system uses a TPV Gateway Payment absolutely safe and encrypted. We never have access to your personal details. Our bank contacts yours and they finish the operation in a very safe way. It is possible that your own bank asks you the secret number of the credit card to do the operation, and this is done to make sure of your real identity. How long does it take to make and send my order? |
Most of the orders are sent in the next 24 hours after their confirmation (except week-ends and vacations). The only thing that can delay the order is that some of the details put in the form are wrong. When an order delays more than ten days, you can call at our Customer Service number to ask for your order (don't forget to indicate your order's number). |
How and when will my stickers arrive? |
All the vinyl stickers are sent in an envelope reinforced with cardboard to avoid deformations. But the large kits are wrapped in a reinforced cardboard tube and at one side of the tube you will find the application spatula which we include for free. The stickers have a paper which protects them until after you place them.
All the orders are sent by Spain Certificate Mail and with acknowledgement of receipt. The delivery time is between 5 and 7 weekdays. |
| How can I confirm the order? |
Once you did the order, we need the confirmation of the client and this can be done in various ways:
-by e-mail, pressing the link that appears in the message that is automatically sent to you when you make the order (in case the e-mail doesn't show up, please send us an e-mail saying. “I want to confirm the order with the number xxxxx”).

What do I need to know before I ask an universal kit? |
The universal kits contain the necessary stickers to place in the both sides of the car. They are made by the best vinyl. They last for many years and they don't discolor and deform. You find the instructions to place them in the “Instructions to place the large stickers”. |
How do I have to measure my car in order to find out the size of the kit? |

We advise you to look in our gallery of results the possible distributions of the kit on the vehicle. You can measure it with a meter. Normally, the total length is between 275 cm and 475 cm. In the information corresponding to every kit we include the advised measures to each type of car. Anyway, we advise you to assure yourself very well before you do the order. |
Can I see the kit put on my car before I buy it? |
We don't offer this service. The best thing you could do is do some schedules on paper and imagine the result. You can also see the section “Gallery of results” in order to have some ideas. |
How can I collocate the kit myself? |

You only have to follow the instructions put for the placing of large stickers. Make sure that the surface of the car is clean and without imperfections and dents. While the small stickers are easy to place, in the case of the large kits, we recommend you to have someone to help you when you place it. |

CARE AND MAINTAINANCE OF THE ADHESIVES: |
How can I remove the bubbles left after the placement of the stickers ? |
After placing the stickers, you can find some small bubbles of air between the surface of the car and the sticker. Most of them disappear in a few weeks. You can prick the big bubbles with a needle or with the tip of a sharp cutter. |
| Can I place the stickers on a recently painted surface? |
We recommend you to wait a week before you place the stickers on the surface of the vehicle. Anyway, you can consult the painter, he will advise you very well about this. |
Can I wash the car after placing the adhesives? |
Yes, but only if you placed the stickers on a dry surface, in the case of the kits and large stickers you should wait 24 hours. And besides you shouldn't exceed 60 km/h. |
How can I maintain the stickers like new? |
It is very simple; you should only wash them once you wash the car, without using chemical products. You can wax the stickers when you wax the car. Be careful with the ice scraper in winter. |

REMOVING THE STICKERS |
How can I remove the stickers? |
The vinyl stickers can be easily removed. You have to heat the sticker with a hairdryer and then lift it up with your nail by one side and stretch it while the stuck part heats. You have to stretch little by little until the sticker is completely removed from the surface. If something remains on the surface you can remove it with a rag soaked with cleaning alcohol or paint solvent. |
Do the stickers damage the suface or the car's glass? |
